My sister Amy, is an incredible mom to five adorable children, a successful realtor and to be honest, I can't keep track of all that she does. My favorite thing about her is that she's not perfect. Her house isn't spotless and she has been known to burn a few batches of cookies in the oven, but that's only because she lets her kids help as much as they want in the kitchen. She's had her fair share of trials and yet she is optimistic about life and has always been a phone call away when I needed her.
My sister is ambitious, loving, determined, a problem solver and creative. But I love that she is real. I love that she acknowledges her life isn't perfect and loves it anyways.
